Pedalboard with bag

The pedalboard is well built, I wish it had rubber feet to prevent it from sliding. The bag he should be ok if it is not treated like a flight cause, my only concern are the straps. I received my pedalboard before the bag, after reach out via email more than a week later the bag was shipped. I would definitely buy this product again but there needs to be better handling of purchases.

Good but not great

The support L bracket underneath is an obstacle for mounting power supply. The underside is not deep enough to mount Truetone power supply either. The large holes do not work well with 3M hook and loop system. The pedalboard is built very well. Solid

Color Blind

I was really excited this board was going to arrive before a gig this weekend. When I unboxed I quickly realized they had sent the wrong color. I had ordered the Imbuia which is a darker finish ...they sent the Teak model instead. That seams like a simple thing to do before shipping out an order.

Excellent product! I highly recommend it to any discerning guitarist. The quality is outstanding.

I live in Florida, USA, and the product was shipped from Brazil. Once it was posted, the delivery was surprisingly fast, arriving in just 2–3 days.

Just one suggestion for the company: customer service could be better organized. There were delays in responding and meeting deadlines. However, whenever I did receive a response, I was treated well and my concerns were addressed professionally.

Because this is a premium product and a significant investment for most buyers, clear communication and reliable timelines are especially important. Customers purchasing at this level naturally expect an experience that matches the quality of the product itself.

That said, aside from this administrative issue, the product is truly above average and well worth the price. Thank you.

cool board!

my second one, this time a realy tiny one… love it! only thing i’m not sure about, are the in- and outputs on the sides… had to change them on my first board already, because they where very noisy… got them replaced with neutrik ones and am very happy!
