Looking at the picture of the product, it is definitly not the same bag. I thought it was strange the shipping was coming from Brazil. I'll update with the pictures later tonight.

For this price, i expected to be better quality. Especially the back strap. Horrible balance, it comes loose every time, and my board is not that heavy. the strap buckle is not meant for this backpack.

Not only the pedalboard is built great and super light, but the customer service is impeccable. I got 2 pedalboards from them and I'm very happy. Shipping was blazing fast here to US!
At first I thought that I blew one of them , so I switched to the 2nd jack same high pitch came out of my amp. Found out the one of my pedals was bad, so I put in a different pedal and every work as it should
. See that means I had confidence in HANDS .
Exactly what I wanted. Excellent pedal board and flight case. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s a must for gigging musicians.
The only problem i have is the wire is not long enough to make the remote to work unless you raise up the top and point the remote real close to the wire. But I still love my new pedalboard

I did a review on it last week but maybe in the wrong spot.i love it. It holds my most used pedals and with the flip up lid it hides wires and the power pack. I love the lights you installed, it looks good when I dim the overhead light. I told all my music pals about it , one of them is going to get the same size as mine. Thanks again and I will order more stuff real soon.

What can I say, this may be one of the best pedalboards I ever had. Well made, logical, light and gorgeous. I am in heaven!
